CPU Usage bug

Yea, this is this weird wcpu number.  I think we should get rid of 
displaying it altogether, I don't see any benefit in having it.

impossible since the most a process can consume as a percentage should be %100.
 
Also, when you start a cpu-bound process running it initially consumes e.g. 200% 
and then settles down to less.
