[issue744] rcstart broken with dhclient

I've tried inside an vkernel:
vkernel-leaf# rcstop dntpd
Stopping dntpd.
vkernel-leaf# rcstart dntpd
Running /etc/rc.d/dntpd start
Starting dntpd.
vkernel-leaf# rcrestart dntpd
Stopping dntpd.
Starting dntpd.
vkernel-leaf# 

It worked fine for me.
