Hammer: processes blocked on a file

    Please try this kernel patch, Francois:

    fetch http://apollo.backplane.com/DFlyMisc/hammer02.patch

    I haven't committed it yet.  I think it will fix the problem but if
    you (and Mike) could test it first I'll know whether I have to keep
    looking or not.
