Firefox3 compiles without error on my -DEVEL machine, so I can't help
much.  The 'missing' header file is located in the directory indicated
correctly in the -I/ path above.  Is the file really there where it
should be?

I always look in the work/.buildlink/include/ directory to see if there
are any obvious mistakes there -- sometimes there are.
