fstab doesn't contain any relevant entries, /etc/exports contains just
one line:

/.cfs localhost

/.cfs itself is just empty directory without permissions:

$ ls -la / | grep cfs
d---------   2 root  wheel       512 Oct  8 22:12 .cfs

In case you are wondering, I'm trying to play with CFS
(http://www.crypto.com/software).
