    That would imply a bug in the kernel.  Can you configure kernel core
    dumps (if you haven't already) and manually drop into the debugger
    and panic the machine when it gets into this state?  If we can get a
    kernel core while it is in this state I can track down the issue.

    Another issue... ahh.  What version of DragonFly are you running?
