Panic with Toshiba 2515 laptop with cardbus Netgear ethernet card

Hi Folks,

I have a Toshiba laptop running ok with 1.2.6-Release that panics
during a boot of 1.10.0-Release when a cardbus ethernet card is in place.

The system does not respond to keyboard input so i cannot provide
more info at this time.
The system does boot up ok without the ethernet card inserted.
I did not yet try inserting the card with the system running.
