On DragonFlyBSD 1.5.4, KDE freezes on startup

    Ok. With some help from Thomas I was able to reproduce the problem
    and track it down.

    Basically the last round of scheduler changes failed to handle
    RTP_PRIO_FIFO properly and this resulted in a panic when KDE tried
    to use it.  Since KDE crashed while X was running, the console output
    would not be visible on the screen, but I was able to see the crash
    using a serial console.
