IRQ problems

Hi,

on my laptop Sony GRX-700 some devices still doesn't work properly. One 
usb port, smb controller, cardbus and firewire failed on DragonFly 
1.5.0-DEVELOPMENT. And all of them works fine on FreeBSD 5.4.

Kernel with built-in devices doesn't change the situation.
