LiveCD now ejectable (CD-ROM drive no longer locked) with resulting badness

:For some reason, it is now possible to eject a DragonFly LiveCD after
:booting from it.  The result is fairly predictable (an infinite loop of
:vm_fault: pager: read error, plus some cd0:ata:0:1:0 Medium not present
:type messages) but probably not important, since the real solution would
:be to keep the CD drive locked, like it used to be.  Anyone have an idea
:what might have changed?

    Yah, I've noticed that too.  I have no idea what might have changed
    to cause that to work.
