ld-elf bug in reloc.c

IMO this is a fairly urgent bug, since major ports like ruby, mozilla,
and emacs fail because of it.
I second this, but I don't have enough knowledge about this issue. 
Joerg will come back on sunday he said, and I hope he will care about 
that.
