Hi Y'all ---

   FWIW I have been using DRM sucessfully for all the Radeon 9200's on 
DragonFlyBSD well before the first release. I also submitted a small 
patch to have the card recognized.

. ... the listing for your kldstat shows the radeon.ko module loaded...

...   This is most likely the problem.... don't know how the module is 
being loaded?
I have NEVER had the module loaded and always built the support into the 
kernel.
