Firefox hangs in state 'kqread'

:I compiled -CURRENT dating from 02/01, the problem was already present.
:-CURRENT dating from 01/15 and 01/01 did not compile, lacking some headers 
:related to vinum.

    If it is just the libraries creating the issue you should be able to
    use the latest current and then just replace the libraries in /usr/lib
    from prior releases.  Start with an old date that you know should work
    to make sure that the idea works.
