FWIW, I got the very same panic again today, so it looks like it's 
reproducable.  I was doing quite a bit of I/O (a lengthy "cvs co") 
and the machine is also attached to a pretty chatty wi0 WLAN.

. ..it smells like some kinda mbuf race condition.
