lib/csu/i386-elf - make: don't know how to make bsd.README. Stop

Hello.

Building the world today from just synced (/usr/src was completely removed
and recreated) sources I've got this:

echo "===> lib/csu/i386-elf";  cd /usr/src/lib/csu/i386-elf;  make
DIRPRFX=lib/csu/i386-elf/ depend;  make DIRPRFX=lib/csu/i386-elf/ all;  make
DIRPRFX=lib/csu/i386-elf/ install
===> lib/csu/i386-elf
make: don't know how to make bsd.README. Stop

Actually the lib/csu/i386-elf is empty.
