Package net-mgmt/net-snmp is broken by numerous changes in DF headers

after make patch, i think.
The patches applied cleanly even though the version number has changed.
But I'm seeing this:

I don't understand the error message.  In what sense can a type be
'incomplete'?  (This is gcc34, btw.)
