Do you mind the interim solution be committed to tree? Patching rtld-elf
everytime after installworld is bit of a work(and dangerous) for people
updating their source tree and cvsup command in checkout mode.
I think we can change the meaning of LD_LIBMAP_DISABLE environment variable
to LD_LIBMAP_ENABLE, so that only programs that want libmap feature and
their child processes are affected.
Of course it also means that it costs you to maintain the added code
when you change something in rtld-elf, so I'm not going to insist on doing
it and potentially slow down your development.
