for some time one can not select european cities when setting time zone via installer

Hello!

    In the past I was used to setting Europe/Ljubljana as time zone, but 
all the recent builds I tried no longer let me do that. After I select 
Europe I get blue screen with notice about F10 for refresh. Tried this 
with VMWare and real machines and always the same. Even with 1.4.0rc1 
iso that Matt announced yesterday.
But it appears to work if I boot again with same iso and try to configure installed system.
