   It sure is.  Jeff and I have been discussing that panic.  As far as I can
   tell, the panic looks correct... the mbuf list is NULL but the sb_cc
   says that there are characers queued. 

   Right now we are awaiting a core from corecode... that will be our best
   chance of figuring it out.
