cvs problem

:We could reproduce the problem on a friend's machine as well. Both 
:systems were built in the last two days.

    Try it with a new kernel w/ the changes I just committed a moment ago.

    What kind of filesystem are you checking the code out in and what kind
    of filesystem does the cvs hierarchy reside on?
