[DragonFly_Stable] panic: vfs_cache: malloc limit exceeded

:    This is the second bug report so there's obviously a memory leak in
:    the vfs cache somewhere.  I am going to track it down and see if it's
:    fixable without having to advance the stable tag through current work.
:    On the otherhand, I think I've finally stabilized stage 7 so I may
:    wind up just advancing the stable tag if I can't fix it easily
:    otherwise.

    Ok, it looks like there is more then one leak.  I tracked one down in
    fchdir(), but there's at least one other leak.

    The leaks do not exist in current, so I am going to slip the Stable
    tag and fixup the other VFSs.
