kernel panic caused by script(1)

:See attached crashdump. Portupgrade seems to reliably trigger the panic for
:me. If you want, I can upload vmcore and kernel.debug to leaf.

    I just made a commit to spec_vnops.c that *might* fix this issue.
    If it doesn't, please turn on device debugging:

    sysctl -w debug.dev_refs=1

    And generate a crash dump and put up on leaf.
