'man dumpon' says to use the dumpdev variable of 'loader' for panics
which happen before the rootfs is mounted -- as in this case.
The 'show' command at the loader prompt doesn't show a dumpdev variable.
I tried 'set dumpdev=disk1s2b:' which was accepted by the loader but
it didn't result in a crashdump.
I wasn't sure about what value to give for the dumpdev variable, and
I wasn't sure about the : after the name of the disk. I noted that
the rootdev had a : following the name of the disk.
Can you tell if any of this sounds right? Anything I should be doing
differently?
