    The sem counter bug looks like a trivial fix, please go ahead and
    bring it in, Hiten (or email me if you don't have time to do it in
    the next day or two and I'll do it).

    I've noticed a distinct lack of MFC's from FreeBSD-5.x into FreeBSD-4.x,
    it seems that many of the FBsd developers are abandoning 4.x.
