Buildworld can't find platform.h anymore

Unfortunately I'm still seeing the same error on both DFly machines.
I don't need to 'buildworld' to see this error -- even just a 'make
depend' will do it.  I've deleted /usr/obj and started from scratch
on both machines -- no luck.
Am I the only person seeing this?
