    All right.  I guess we'll just have to make that hack permanent.  VM86
    is such a hack anyway, it certainly won't make things any worse :-)
    The only alternative is to emulate the timer in VM86 mode and I would
    rather not do that.

    Sascha, could you email me the exact patch you are using?
