rlwrap+ocaml = random reboots

OK no problem since I updated the kernel on June 17, but I just got
this message that I haven't seen on linux, on quitting rlwrapped ocaml
with a ^D:

rlwrap: warning: tcgetattr error on slave pty (from parent process): Bad file descriptor

No other symptoms.  Is this related to that bugfix?
