pkgtools chokes on the new version name :-/

Changing the line to

if m = /^(((\d+)(?:\.\d+)+\w?)-(\w+)(-\S+)?) (\w+)$/.match(uname)

should fix it.  There may be a better way; regexes give me a headache.
