I 'm subscibed to the bug list here. What's the consensus been by lead
developers to put a web based discussion forum up on the DragonFly
site?
There is a web forum over at gobsd.com, which mostly focuses on
DragonFly.
I'm ambivalent about having one on the dragonflybsd.org site, myself.
I don't like web based forums. They tend to consume lots of time in
comparison to mail/nntp because you have to poll them (explicitly)
instead of being async notified (like mail) and the interface just
can't compete with a decent mail/nntp client. gatewayed solutions are
of course different again.
