Confusing entry in /usr/src/UPDATING

Was reading through /usr/src/UPDATING this morning, and then through
/usr/src/Makefile and noticed a discrepancy between the two.

UPDATING mentions a quickkernel target, but there's no mention of this
in /usr/src/Makefile.  Trying to run "make quickkernel" errors out
with "don't know how to make quickkernel".

Am I missing something, or is UPDATING out-of-sync?
