Ports issues?

I'm not sure if I'm doing something stupid (though I think I've covered
all the bases), but doing a "make clean" in
/usr/ports/x11-wm/fluxbox-devel gives the following error:

Stop in /usr/ports/x11-wm/fluxbox-devel.

Stop in /usr/ports/x11-wm/fluxbox-devel.

Other ports end up giving similar errors:
