NTFS problems.

I am not entirely sure how I'd try to debug or trackdown this problem, 
but sometimes, after my midterms, I will cvsup the latest sources and 
see if I can reproduce it.

If you could point me in the right direction (as far as acquiring good 
debug information), or give me some hints, I'd be glad to try and help 
out on this -- since this has already happenned once to me, it's 
plausible that I can make it happen again.

    I just don't know the answer to this one.  It's something that usually
    happens very rarely on any system, but there could be something within
    the NTFS filesystem code that is causing wider corruption that hasn't
    been found yet.
