VFS directory removal and message

right now when you have removed a directory under your shell:

(/home/asmodai/work/DragonFly/src/contrib/binutils-2.15)
[21:38] [asmodai at purgatory] (794) {1} $ cd ../
cd: socket is not connected: ../

Weird message for the operation. ;)
