Yes, but hey, better be sure than sorry.

The issue in this case is that the locale files do not have a copyright
header, so we could guess/assume that you donated them to the FreeBSD
project, but the copyright could still be on your name.  So better be sure
about that and ask. :)
Ha-ha, I simply didn't know how to write one, and so included just a 
generic "...prepared by..." line.

Come to think of it, I should have included it in *every* file, so that 
*everyone* knew *whose* domain they are treading in... :)))
