i installed portupgrade =?isolatin?Q?b?= =?isolatin?Q?ut_is_can=E4'?= =?isolatin?Q?t?= upgrade any packlage beacuse conflict with packages

portversions | grep '<', has nothing to do with fixing your
problem, it just shows which current installed packages are
older than the current packages in ports tree.
