pciconf -lv returns device not configured & pauze when booting on HP LP1000r

I'm seeing this on a Netfinity 6000R, and it's something to do
with PCI code in acpica5. Can you add the following line to
/boot/loader.conf
    debug.acpi.disabled=pci
and reboot to see if pciconf work again?
