nis problems

:After my last upgrade the nis client doesn't seem to work anymore.
:Everything user related just hangs. ypbind doesn't seem to start
:right (I see two ypbind processes instead of one). Also, 'rpcinfo -p'
:hangs when ypbind is running.

    I will attempt to reproduce this on my own test boxes.  It sounds like
    it's networking related.
