is this part of the RCng changes as well:

Hmm!  Can't seem to rename /usr/share/man/cat9/tsleep.9.gz.tmpcV4T9u to
/usr/share/man/cat9/tsleep.9.gz, check permissions on man dir!
rename: Permission denied

/usr/share/man/manN is root:wheel and catN is man:wheel so that looks
ok.  Include the rwxr-xr-x perms.
