</div>Try "ping 4.2.2.2" and "ping6 2001:470:1:43b:1::72" (the former is some easy-<br>
to-remember address, the latter is Avalon). You also need a line like<br>
"nameserver 192.168.0.1" in /etc/resolv.conf for pinging a named host to work.<br>
