Well, that proves gettext is correctly specified as a dependency, and it
should have built prior to postgresql91-client.
assuming pgsql-client was the first thing you built, there should have
been several ports built first, include pkg, gettext and libxml2 and
their dependencies.
I can't say what it didn't work from what you have shown. This type of
report hasn't been seen before.
