pkg update breaks pkg system

Hi,

There are two problems that I am aware of:

1) Only in 'master': Shared object "libprivate_ssl.so.48" not found,
required by "pkg"

This requires updating world to latest master, current version is 3.2.3

2) Both in 'RELEASE' and 'master': pkg to 1.5.10 somehow removes the
repository configuration and spits a LUA script error.

We're in the process of updating to 'pkg 1.16.1' which seems to fix
the issues. The new binary package set should be available within
24-36h.

Regards,
Antonio Huete
