Disabled automatic sign up in our bug tracker

Hi,

Due to the increased amount of spam in our bug tracker we've decided  
to disable the automatic sign up.
If you need an account please contact us directly.

We've also removed all users that never completed their registration  
and locked all the accounts we, for now, consider spammers.
If you are affected, please contact us.

We'd like to apologize for the inconveniences caused by the spam  
received from our bug tracker.
