Trying to multiboot with FreeBSD

Can you put the line

---
i915_load="YES"
---

in /etc/rc.conf, not in /boot/loader.conf? Not sure this makes a
difference but might be worth a try. When you get to loader prompt and
give 'gop get', what is the output?
