4.8.0 to 4.8.1 update requirements

Checkout the source code in /usr/src

cd /usr/src
make -j `sysctl -n hw.ncpu` buildworld && make -j `sysctl -n hw.ncpu`
buildkernel
make installkernel
shutdown -r now

# after reboot
cd /usr/src
make installworld
make upgrade
reboot

# after reboot
pkg update
pkg upgrade -y # or pkg upgrade -fy
