HEADS UP: World rebuild needed before buildkernel

Hi,

please notice that after 917beb172f5c4ee492fa7b47ce8c161066b977e8 ("Now  
that the base issue is fixed, enable -Wsign-compare again in scanners."),  
you need to build world before rebuilding the kernel.

Another way to just update the kernel is to build it with -DNO_WERROR.
