The port is missing a LIB_DEPENDS line:

   .if defined(KRB5_IMPL) && ${KRB5_IMPL} == heimdal
  +LIB_DEPENDS+=	krb5:${PORTSDIR}/security/heimdal

Is it worth it to file a FreeBSD PR ?
