dircolors

Do you know where to get the dircolors program? I copied my bashrc from my 
Linux box and it has this code:


# enable color support of ls and also add handy aliases
if [ "$TERM" != "dumb" ]; then
    #eval "`dircolors -b`"
    alias ls='ls -G'
    #alias dir='ls --color=auto --format=vertical'
    #alias vdir='ls --color=auto --format=long'
fi

I tried copying the dircolors binary, but it complained about a library 
version.
