smart table  looks like from pretty new disk,
but too much seek errors, and these two lines are spooky:

looks like something is wrong with an interface,
not the disk media (and You say it makes no strange sounds).
Plus it looks like smartctl needs some patch :-)

Problematic LBAs are always assorted, or grouped?
