I installed sgi-fonts, which I didn't notice because I did "pkgin se suse", 
and made a symlink for pango. Still doesn't work.

dogla# locate pango.modules
/usr/pkg/emul/linux/etc/opt/gnome/pango/pango.modules
/usr/pkg/libdata/pango/pango.modules
dogla# mkdir /etc/opt
dogla# mkdir /etc/opt/gnome
dogla# ln -s /usr/pkg/libdata/pango /etc/opt/gnome/pango
