SAS hard drive weren't detected during installation

It looks like HP Smart Array and our ciss(4) doesn't seem to have 
support for it. Maybe just the PCI ID is missing. Try adding:

{ 0x103C, 0x3230, CISS_BOARD_SA5,   "HP Smart Array" },

to the ciss_vendor_data[] array in /usr/src/sys/dev/raid/ciss/ciss.c 
(before {0, 0, 0, NULL}).

If there are more things we need, you could look at merging FreeBSD's 
changes (unless someone else steps up to upgrade ciss(4).
